About Us

Hortinnonvate b.v. is a company that was founded in 2013 by Jeroen and Joost van Leeuwen. Brothers with roots in  horticulture sector. From a young age, we have learned what is needed to run a horticultural business. We have followed all developments, including natural gas as an energy source, CO2 dosing, computer-controlled climate systems, growing on substrates, CHP systems, etc., from the very beginning.. 

Joost has a qualification in electrical engineering and has worked for leading installation companies. Jeroen has a bachelor degree in  agricultural  and, after several years of experience abroad, has himself run a greenhouse horticulture business for an extended period..

We are now utilising this knowledge in our company Hortinnovate.
